GoSmartRDigital Experience Studio
A retainer-model studio site that measures itself in public — motion-led, engineered to stay fast.
The build
The site sells continuous improvement, so it has to demonstrate it. An open-studio section measures the site the way the studio would measure a client's — publicly: a Lighthouse-grade audit tool anyone can run on any URL, an errors log of mistakes shipped and written up honestly, and a see-how-this-site-is-made panel with the stack and the source.
Built with GSAP ScrollTrigger and Lenis on Next.js and React, it closes on a pinned three-stage scene wired to live signals — real London time, current booking availability, and the latest launch pulled straight from the project data.
The hard part
The challenge was keeping continuous scroll choreography — and WebGL where the case studies use it — at a Lighthouse performance score in the high 90s.
That meant a lazy GSAP chunk, entrances treated as enhancement rather than gates, and an LCP path kept free of opacity reveals. The motion is the easy part; keeping it fast is the engineering.
