A scroll-driven interactive studio site, built for motion and tuned for performance.

The build
The centerpiece is a scroll-choreographed sequence I call the Live Device Theater: a website assembles itself inside a photorealistic device frame as you scroll, progressing from wireframe to desaturated to full colour, with ambient video overlays, all driven by scroll position.
Built with Three.js, GSAP ScrollTrigger, and Lenis, on Next.js and React.
The hard part
The challenge was keeping a WebGL scene and continuous scroll animation at a Lighthouse performance score in the high 90s.
That meant lazy-loading the 3D scene, deferring ambient video, and a scroll handler tuned to avoid layout thrash. The motion is the easy part; keeping it fast is the engineering.
